Mikayla, RDH
Mikayla is the hygienist here in the office. She’s a very energetic addition to the office. She enjoys the summertime and spends her days off in Rhode Island by the ocean. She also has a love for animals; her crazy pug Maximus is the most spoiled puppy! She has worked for Dr. Novak since 2012.
Carolina, CDA
Carolina is the certified dental assistant in the office. She is originally from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing the results that cosmetic dentistry can do for her patients. Her gentle touch and friendly chair-side manner help patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit. Carolina loves spending time with her family. She lives with her two boys Nico and Mateo and her loving husband Wil. Carolina has been in the field for over ten years and has worked for Dr. Novak since 2012.
